By using WorldSays, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that preserves a fair, usable public poll experience.
Permitted use
You may view public results and cast a personal response through the provided interface. Do not automate votes, evade technical limits, attempt to manipulate results, interfere with availability, probe private systems, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Nature of the results
WorldSays results are informational and recreational. Participation is voluntary, samples are not controlled, and network geolocation is approximate. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-stakes decisions.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn, and poll questions, geographic coverage and displayed aggregates may evolve. No guarantee is made that every place has enough participation to produce a meaningful ranking.
Intellectual property and licenses
WorldSays interface code and branding may be protected by applicable rights. Third-party software, map data and imagery remain subject to their respective licenses and attribution requirements, including OpenStreetMap data and the Solar System Scope CC BY 4.0 Earth texture.
Reasonable disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, WorldSays is not responsible for decisions made from poll results or for interruptions, inaccurate approximate location, or incomplete participation data. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
